Scott
is an attorney and advisor dedicated to assisting nonprofit
organizations, entrepreneurs, investors and emerging businesses
with the unique and often challenging issues they face throughout
the formation and growth process: from the protection of intellectual
property, to the development of an effective human resource
management program to the financing of growth. He assists
clients as they continue to grow and develop, whether this
involves merger and acquisition activities, licensing and
distribution arrangements or counseling of directors and officers.
Scott
formed Giving Answers, LLC and developed GivingAnswers.com
to provide nonprofit organizations with the resources they
need to manage and grow their organizations without the limitations
related to traditional professional fee structures.
It is his hope that by connecting managers of nonprofit organizations
to the resources and information they need, they are more
likely to accomplish their missions.
Scott
lives in Ladue, Missouri with his wife, Paula, and his daughters
Isabel and Gabrielle.
Daniel Rubenstein has the ability to quickly analyze a website
situation and develop a litany of ideas that could improve
the messages and methods used to communicate with your audiences.
His interdisciplinary approach stems from his diverse background
and strategic focus on achieving results.
He
started working for a budding full service multimedia production
company developing websites, interactive and videos for a
range of clients (1995). He helped clients visualize and define
optimal communication strategies and build those programs.
Assuming complete responsibility for a project’s success,
the challenge was to help the client get the "best bang
for the buck" while achieving the company’s sales
and margin targets - in a fast paced production house. A chance
to move to a National Sales level changed his business card
and project scope, but his focus was the same. That experience
proved to be merely a transition to something better.
In
May of 2000, he broke free from the Production side to the
Strategic side of Internet development. He formed re-Position,
LLC to work directly with clients helping them develop their
Internet goals and implementation plan. In January, 2003 re-Position,
LLC merged with Giving Answers, as Giving Answers had become
its most significant client.
