September 2004 - AFP Technology Fair
Giving Answers will be sponsoring the AFP Technology Fair on Tuesday, September 28, entitled "Using Internet Technology to Build Strong Constituent Relationships and Win Major Gifts".  The program will be from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., with a luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Please e-mail us at info@givinganswers.com for more information.

August 2004 - Learning Programs Arrive!
After working for nearly a year to create a set of dynamic learning programs to be delivered both via telephone and the Web, we are proud to announce that within the next month we will begin promoting these programs in earnest and offering them to the general public.  If you are interested in creating or taking a course, please email Patty Sadallah at psadallah@givinganswers.com.

July 2004 - Welcome, Patty!
Patty Sadallah has joined our team as Distance Learning Coordinator.  She is currently the Executive Director and Organizational Development Consultant for Strength in Partners, Inc., a non-profit organization with a mission to assist nonprofit leaders with executive search, job placement and organization development services that strengthen charitable organizations and facilitate the encouragement of strategic alliances between non-profit organizations.  Patty can be reached at psadallah@givinganswers.com

June 2004 - Giving Answers Joins the ARCHs Association!
Giving Answers has been selected to join the A
RCHS Association for Community Organizations ("ACO").  This is a new service designed to help non-profit organizations reduce the cost of doing business through the power of group purchasing.  ACO works to reduce overhead costs, freeing up scarce funds and resources.

May 2004 - Welcome, Blake!
Blake Glatstein has joined our team as Development Associate. Blake will be responsible for sales and marketing activities in St. Louis, Missouri. Initially, he will be dedicated to working with existing clients and friends to sure their technology and learning needs are being met. April 2004 - Welcome, Eric!
Eric Finch has joined our team as Business Development Manager. December 2003 - Facilitators for Tele-Inquiries Needed!
This month, we sent over 200 solicitations to nonprofit consultants and professionals from around the country seeking qualified candidates to facilitate one or more telephone "inquiry" programs on subjects relating to nonprofit management (e.g., individual giving, strategic planning, board governance, etc.).   Facilitators will be compensated for their participation and support in our marketing efforts.  We anticipate the first telephone inquiry session will be delivered in April 2004.  If you are interested in learning more, please e-mail us today!

October 2003 - Database of nonprofit resources launched!
We have recently installed a searchable link library of resources onto our site (click here to view).  It is our hope that this resource will serve as a unique and valuable resource to nonprofit managers and supporters.  This database currently has over 2500 index Web resources for the nonprofit community.   We are always looking for new resources, so please do not hesistate to register your site with us today!

September 2003 - Nancy Wells joins Giving Answers as Web Programmer!
An IT professional with over 10 years solid experience in technology leadership, Nancy is a creative thinker with strong mentoring skills; flexible and passionate.  She will be helping us and our clients bring their Web projects to fruition!

August 2003 - Support Center launched!
As our company continues to grow, we are making every effort to maintain the high level of customer support that our clients have come to expect.  To do this, we have created a set of support pages for our clients to "help themselves".  If the answer to questions cannot be found or you need direct support, we ask that you create a support ticket.  This way, we can channel your questions or comments directly to the person who can help! As always, you can call or e-mail us directly.   However, we do ask that you work with our ticketing system first.

July 2003 - We've moved!
We have moved our offices into the Central West End of the City of St. Louis. Construction is complete on our new offices, enabling us to bring all aspects of our business under one roof. Equipped with a wireless network and training space, we now can do all of our consulting and training in one place! Our new address is 408 N. Euclid, 3rd Floor, St. Louis, MO 63108. Note, our telephone numbers have changed to (314) 454-0500 (voice) and (314) 454-9110 (fax).

May 2003 - Lisa Casey joins Giving Answers!
In January, Lisa Casey joined the staff of Giving Answers as a Development Associate. Lisa brings years of experience in sales and marketing to our team and, best of all, a passion for serving clients in a manner consitent with Giving Answers' mission of customer service.  Welcome, Lisa!

February 2003 - Giving Answers and re-Position enter Joint Venture!
Giving Answers has stepped up its affiliation with re-Position and Daniel Rubenstein, its principal.  The companies will collaborate to develop a unique Web strategy and development project for nonprofits- designed to nonprofits to create dynamic, affordable, attractive and functional Web sites at an affordable price.
