Judith Lindenberger

Judith Lindenberger has a distinguished
career in human resources consulting and is recognized for
her innovation and excellence. She is the President of The
Lindenberger Group, LLC which provides results-oriented human
resources consulting, organization development, customized
training workshops and personal career training to help individuals
and organizations improve their productivity and performance.
Previously, Ms. Lindenberger was Senior
International Human Resources Consultant for Brown-Forman
Corporation, a Fortune 500 company. In this capacity, Ms.
Lindenberger worked with senior global teams and executives
and developed an award winning mentoring program, a career
management program, and a performance appraisal system called
Truth or Consequences. She also designed a hiring
process, Smart Choices, which uses competency-based interview
questions to determine who is the best choice for the job.
She has designed and presented training on how to build powerful
presentations, communicate effectively, deliver customer service,
eliminate sexual harassment, lead projects and people, make
meetings work, navigate your career and simplify your life.
In addition, she has extensive experience in climate surveys,
360-degree assessment and feedback, individual career coaching,
teambuilding, and training of employees, managers and trainers.
Ms. Lindenberger received the Brown-Forman
Teamwork Award and is a two-time recipient of The Athena Award
for Excellence in mentoring.
Ms. Lindenberger is the former administrative
director of The Newgrange School and Educational Outreach
Center, a nonprofit organization based in Princeton, New Jersey.
She was responsible for board development, finances, fundraising,
human resources, information technology and public relations.
Her clients have included Brown-Forman
Corporation, The Childcare Connection, Goebel, Horizon Blue
Cross Blue Shield, Isles, The Kentucky Center for the Arts,
Lee Hecht Harrison, Lenox China, Manpower Demonstration Resource
Corporation, Mellon Bank and Rutgers University.
An effective public speaker, Ms. Lindenberger
has presented at a variety of conferences and meetings including,
most recently, The 2003 Garden State Society for Human Resource
Management Conference, The New Jersey Organizational Development
Network, The Executive Forum and The Princeton Human Resources
Management Association. She has published several articles
including Play “20 Questions” to Develop a
Successful Mentoring Program, Lindenberger, Judith G.

a BA in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh and
an MBA in Human Resource Management from Drexel University.
