Registration
Thank you for your interest our Tele-Inquiry
program. The fee for each tele-inquiry is $99 for the
initial registration; $59 for additional participants from
same organization.
Please submit the following form and
you will be sent an e-mail invoice for the program which you
select. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive the
reading material, an outline for the tele-inquiry, and instructions
for utilizing our online discussion tool for your tele-inquiry.
