As the number of organizations using Web Center continues to grow, we have developed this support section to support people in their efforts to publish their own Web site.

We also publish a monthly "tips" newsletter, containing many tips and suggestions for making your Web Center a more effective publishing tool for your organization. Many of these tips are received from customers like you. Please send us a tip today! To subscribe to our "tips" newsletter, enter your e-mail and then click "Web Center Tips":

First, we have assembled a set of "Frequently Asked Questions" to enable you to review commonly asked questions and our the responses of our technical support team. To review our FAQs, click here.

Second, we have established a support ticket system for you to submit support requests and contact us with any questions or comments. To submit a support ticket, click here.

Third, if our FAQs and Ticketing System are not resolving your problem, you can also call between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST: (314) 454-0500.

While our support ticket system is free, there is a charge of $29.95 per hour for telephone service, which you can pay for with any major credit card. Please refer to your License and Support Agreement for details relating to training and support fees.
